Payment
We accept payment through cash on pickup, direct bank deposit, and credit card through PayPal. Customers paying by cash or bank deposit save us the PayPal service fee, which we repay directly to you as a small discount on your purchase.
Only posting to Australia
We only post to locations within Australia. European customers are encouraged to make an order with our UK importer Susu Mama, and US customers are encouraged to make an order with HOPE Fair Fashion in Action.
Postage fees
Postage is a flat fee regardless of the size of your order. Bulky items (e.g. blankets and large toys) have the extra cost of postage already included in their price, so your additional shipping charge will never be more than the costs listed below.
You may choose from:
- Express Post for $10, or
- Express Platinum Post for $14.30
Standard Post for $8.15 is also available for orders which do not include a bulky item and are paid via bank deposit. This restricted availability is because Express Post is required as a condition of using the Paypal service, and to protect purchasers of large items.
Your purchase will be posted within 1 working day of your payment being cleared.
Minimising packaging
We always endeavour to minimise the amount of packaging that is used and so your garments will most likely arrive without any extra wrapping inside the satchel if that is practical. Please contact us if your order is a gift and you would like it to be wrapped; we will be happy to organise something special for the recipient.
Returns
If any item you purchase is damaged or has some other clear fault, email us to let us know and we will arrange a refund or an exchange.
If your purchase is not faulty but you still find that it does not suit you (e.g. because it is the wrong size), it may be returned for a full refund or exchange, minus postage and packing, as long as it is received back in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt.
