Thick and richly coloured, these felt baby booties are soft, warm, and eye-catching. The soles are reinforced with a thin flexible strip of leather, and because they are made of shaped felt there are no seams or folds to rub against baby's feet. Best of all, if baby happens to be wearing these booties at the time, you will know that his or her very first steps on this Earth were in an ethical direction, for these booties are made by the Fair Trade leaders Sana Hastakala of Nepal, who are a founding member of Fair Trade Group Nepal and a member of the World Fair Trade Organization.

Safety Recommendation

These booties are dyed using Azo free dye, however it is recommended that infants be discouraged from putting the booties in their mouths.

Sizing Details

The sizes below are the usual Australian children's shoe sizes. When choosing a shoe, the inner sole should be approximately 15 mm longer than the foot length.

Size 1: 11.5 cm inner sole, for approximately 3 - 6 month olds.
Size 2 1/2: 13 cm inner sole, for approximately 9 - 15 month olds.
